Craig's experience in the finance industry spans over 17 years in South Australia. This includes working as a key lender for three of Australia's major banks and lending institutions, as well as working as a mobile lending manager. It is Craig's customer service background, and exceptional knowledge of the industry, which is the highest benefit to Loan Domain clients.

With experience buying, renovating and selling a large number of houses during his career, Craig's knowledge and expertise extends to the real estate market. Craig believes that knowledge of the industry is crucial to the success of Loan Domain and he is proud to have helped thousands of people with their home loans.

Currently living in the eastern suburbs with his family, Craig is a local South Australian, who has always shown an interest in community events and various sports at an international and competitive level.

Craig prides himself on his ability to communicate with people at all levels, having a good rapport with both clients and work colleagues. Going the extra mile and following through on his promises is integral to Craig's role with Loan Domain, and he is able to think outside the square when it comes to getting the best possible loan for his client.

Trevor joined Loan Domain in a part time capacity for 2 years before joining the team full time in  October 2004.  A background of over 20 years in Education and Management that has taken him overseas provides him with a wide network of contacts in associated industries. He has been involved in a number of Property Developments himself which allows him to use these experiences and relate them to customers on a personal basis.  

His high level of communication skills and his easy going manner assists clients to fill relaxed and comfortable in dealing with him. He is a fully accredited mortgage consultant. As an approved mortgage originator of the main banks and building societies allows him to present a range of products that best suit the customer’s needs.  

Trevor lives in the eastern suburbs with his wife and 3 Daughters and Son and spends a lot of time entertaining and enjoying relaxing weekends up the river skiing. He has been involved at a high level in a number of sporting teams and now spends his time with his family and playing tennis.  

He is a dedicated team player and prides himself on his customer service.

After long career as an Account Manager in the fast paced information technology industry, Susi’s personal approach to customer service inspired her move to Loan Domain.
 
As with all of our consultants Susi is a fully accredited mortgage consultant.
 
Susi lives in the seaside suburb of Semaphore with her husband and three young children.  Aside from her family, Susi’s interests are sailing, trying to keep fit and property investment.

John has joined Loan Domain after a lifetime career in banking with his more recent roles being relationship management in Business Banking and Commercial Banking Centres of a major trading bank. His 35 plus years in the industry have given John (and his family) a great depth of experience spread over numerous different geographical locations.

Combined with a secondment to AGC Finance, his varied management roles equip Loan Domain with the experience necessary to entertain commercial finance proposals - whether they be for commercial property finance, debtor finance, leasing etc. We are accredited with all the leading providors of such products.

With these skills, John (assisted by his wife Di) handle the in-house Accounting and Administration Management at Loan Domain.

John's main personal interests are his golf club, family and taking advantage of the seaside location where he lives.
